A meditation habit gets easier with a comfy seat and a calm room, and every cushion here is a Gear Patrol pick.
The Dedemco cattail cushion is its best budget meditation cushion, the Florensi its best overall, with a velvet cover, and the Hugger Mugger V-shaped cushion works for narrow or wide stances. The Seat of Your Soul crescent supports the lower back and legs. To set the mood, Mzoo's contoured mask is Reviewed's best overall sleep mask and Alaska Bear's silk mask its best value, while Nest's Himalayan Salt & Rosewater candle is PureWow's best spa candle and Lafco's Ski House candle its editor's pick. The splurges are the Leewadee set, Gear Patrol's best meditation cushion set, the Maya Lumbini zabuton for knees and ankles on hard floors, and the Hugger Mugger bolster, which doubles for restorative yoga.
Who this is not for. Skip this if they unwind with sheet masks and bath bombs; the self-care gifts page fits better.
