Harry Potter fans are some of the easiest people to shop for, because there is a licensed version of almost everything.
The trick is picking something they will actually use or display, not another wand that lives in a drawer. I stuck to officially licensed products and pulled picks from Reviewed, PureWow and ThemeParkHipster, keeping only items those outlets named. You will find small stocking stuffers, cozy things for the couch, games for a group, and a few big LEGO and puzzle projects for the superfan. One practical tip: find out their Hogwarts house before you buy. Many of these come in all four, and a Slytherin who opens a Gryffindor scarf will let you know about it.
Who this is not for. If they are into the wider fantasy genre rather than Harry Potter specifically, skip this list and try a general gifts for geeks list instead.

Yes, I only kept items from licensed makers such as LEGO, Hasbro, Funko, Squishmallows, Aquarius and Wizarding World. I left out unofficial books like the fan cookbooks.
ThemeParkHipster recommends the Wrebbit3D Diagon Alley puzzle and the LEGO Hogwarts Castle for older fans, and PureWow suggests the 3,000-piece Hogwarts castle puzzle for people who like a challenge.
Go with something house-neutral: the Marauder's Map blanket or mug, the Golden Snitch light, a board game or a LEGO set. Those work for any fan.
Trivial Pursuit: Wizarding World Edition from PureWow works well for game night, and ThemeParkHipster likes the Scene It? Deluxe second edition for groups.
